Tracking project costs and managing budgets and
conducting project reviews and audits |

Identifying and pro-actively ensuring
mitigation of risks |

Mapping the customer business value chain and
helping create solutions to solve customer business

Develop, nurture and evolve the client-vendor
relationship. Expand the offshore vendor
