This enables the client to keep their IT budget afloat while ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising any aspect of the project itself.

Based on the nature and scope of the work, we can offer following models:

■	Fixed Price Projects with Milestone-based payment schedule
	It offers a cost-effective, low-risk option and can be employed when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear and client is prepared to work in a very structured mannered conforming to normal CMM standards.
■	Time and Materials (T&M) and T&M with Not-to-Exceed clause
	we prefer to work on T&M basis, when scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset.
■	Dedicated Development Center
	We offer services to create a dedicated development center which can be co-owned, or built on B-O-O-T (Built-Owned-Operated-Transfer) basis to serve as an extension of your own facility. We partner with our clients to invest in replicating their IT environment, training our teams, setting up communication and security systems and integrating our development processes with theirs to ensure that our team is as efficient and seamless extension of the client's  facilities. We also invest in creating a pool of additional resources that can be used to augment the team at any time. This model has been implemented many times and requires a much higher degree of commitment from clients.
